This group was started by two life coaches, Cynthia Lee and Irma Ilustre, to give people (specifically those who identify as women) a forum to make their real, authentic voices heard. There are so many “things” that hinder our ability to speak up and speak out for ourselves – people, situations, organizations (religious and otherwise), our own internal beliefs. When are we able to say what we really want to say without fear of judgment? Where are we able to say what we really think and feel? Most important – What will you say?
