What is a Spiritual Evolution?

Big, life-changing events such as the death of a loved one, serious illness, or divorce can trigger a spiritual awakening or evolution, as can traumatic or near-death experiences, or any other life-changing crisis. Other common triggers can include mental health crises and midlife crises. Maybe you were chosen to evolve by the Universe.
