In this episode, I talk with Lolita E. Walker about the power of sitting in your pause and how it “will revolutionize your mindset to action.” Lolita shares about her experience of transitioning into motherhood and bringing her infant son home after spending 52 days in the NICU. We dive deep into the importance of setting boundaries, communicating our expectations, starting our day with intentionality and the responsibility we have in shaping our children’s positive mindset.
Lolita shares how she takes moments each morning to “create my space and [my son and I] communicate about it so that the expectations are set and he is a respecter of my space, similar to me to his space. Affirmations make up a big part of my DNA and I stand upon a strong foundation of faith. These bring intentional movements into my morning before we start the Walker & Walker routine.”
Lolita is a small business owner, a published author, podcaster, and speaker but at the end of the day she’s a Change Champion. She wants to help you navigate where you are to where you absolutely DESERVE to be!
