Lauren Brown quit the 9-5 at 25 and is now helping other people do the same. 
In 2010, After graduating from Loyola University with a double major in International Business and Spanish, Lauren moved to San Francisco to experience the startup world of silicon valley. She found herself working in marketing and customer service in the tech industry. While the startup scene was fun with the free food and happy hours, she quickly realized being stuck at a desk was not for her. After taking personal development courses and doing an internal dive into what her goals were, Lauren realized that she felt she needed to go back to Latin America and work there. The universe heard this desire and sent her an opportunity to build out her friend´s startup in Mexico, 3 weeks later she had quit her job, rented her room, and moved to Mexico without knowing anyone. Lauren spent 1 year in Mexico, 2 years in Colombia, and now has just completed 2 years in Chile working with many different startups and project of her own. Her current focus is helping people monetize their social media by posting as influencers and creating micro franchises that can be managed completely online. In the last year and a half she has helped over 200 people make money on social media for free! In addition, Lauren also does freelance writing and social media consulting, including teaching a course for people to grow their Instagram following to 10k!
