Here at 4 Level Coach, the first thing we do is a Business Assessment to find out where the gaps and low hanging fruit are. From there, you must change your mindset but it starts with your vision for the company and how you execute that vision!

Randy goes on to discuss mapping out the process from the time a new lead comes in to the time a build is complete. Once that is done, we use that as our structure to create the systems within that and create improvements within it.
