It was Sunday evening. Monday's podcast wasn't done and Lindsay had a choice to make. Pull another all-nighter to get it done or be honest about the struggles she's been facing since launching Refocused with Lindsay Guentzel back in May.

Maybe it was because she was tired. Maybe it was because she knew she couldn't keep up the routine she had unintentionally developed. Maybe it was because she was actually comfortable asking for help. Yay, growth!!!

Whatever the reason, Lindsay woke up Monday and was honest with everyone -- the latest episode of her podcast wasn't done. No cockamamie excuse, no lies. Just ownership and a plan to make sure it doesn't happen again. And then she decided to pivot. She owed those waiting an epsiode so she decided to record it live. With an audience (sort of, it was virtual but the pressure was there).

And the episode she created on the fly -- with the help of Keith Boswell -- is without a doubt better than anything she could have stressed about in the wee hours of the morning earlier that day.
