Today on the Max Out Mindset podcast is Jaali Winters. She played Volleyball at Creighton University from 2015 to 2018. I was fortunate to work with the team during those years and Jaali impressed me in terms of her willingness to work on her mental skills and her openness to vulnerability. Those skills aren't usually common for an 18-22 female. Today we talk about her mental game, where she started, and her transition from college to professional volleyball.
