This week on Cultivate, I am talking about the words we speak and the words spoken over us. Words are powerful. They shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through life.
I reflect on how some words from the past may still be influencing the way we think and feel. Whether those words came from others or from ourselves, they can leave a lasting impact. But we are not defined by them. In this episode, I talk about how to identify those words, let them go, and replace them with the truth found in Scripture.
I also focus on the importance of being careful with our own words. When our hearts are filled with truth, our speech reflects encouragement, love, and faith. Speaking life is not about wishful thinking. It is about trusting what God says and choosing to align our voice with His promises.
Thank you for listening and being part of this space.
