Talky Bit – Between having so much change (potential and actual) to talk about and so many powerful tools with which to share, we’re surrounded by the power of words. And yet, I don’t feel as though I can remember a time when words seem to have been treated with such disregard. That feels like a potentially problematic combination, so this Sunday in the Talky Bit we’re going to do a bit of exploring around the power of words and the relationship between platitude and wisdom.

We’ll meeT at 10:45am in our usual virtual space (here) for some music and community time, followed by the Talky Bit. If Facebook isn’t your thing, we’ll put up the podcast early in the week.

Kids Table – Kids Table will be taking its usual break for the summer. Before that happens, however, we’re going to kick off the summer in style with a Kids Table Video Gathering using Facebook Rooms. Parents, please mark June 7 at 12:30 in your calendars! We hope to see lots of familiar faces, and give the kids a chance to see each other too!  (ArielLe)
