These are negative phrases.
When you catch yourself saying things like this challenge,these thoughts.
Ask yourself, "Would I say this to a child, or a loved one?"
Why are you saying it to yourself?
Becoming aware of your own dialog can help you grow. Learn to say to yourself the things you would say to others when you are encouraging them.
