Today I want you to take a look at practices you can put into place to bring peace into your own little world. Now remember this is not a one size fits all.
I wanted to share with you why I'm creating my content and podcast.
We all have destiny, but why not work on the direction you want to go. We all have our life's purpose. Let's get out there and work on the life we want.

By developing your emotional skills, you will grow your mindset, and by doing this you will avoid becoming stuck in a minset trap.
Becoming aware of when your negative emotions are taking over.
Learning how to change your normal thought pattern around emotions.

Three things you can do to show someone that you value them.
1. Tell them in person.
2. Write them a letter.
3. Give them a gift with a card.
But before you do ask yourself why you value that person. Be in connection with your feelings before sharing how you value them. Because if you are not your words wheter written or spoken will fall flat.
So make a real connection with yourself and the other person.
