God has given every believer a unique, supernatural power: the power to command blessing (or curses) over peoples' lives. God did not give us this authority to use indiscriminately, but to advance His Kingdom purposes. Today I discuss this from scripture, followed by praying a blessing over young infants and children in a powerful dedication service.
