I’ll discuss my academic journey from philosophy to law school, and the pressures I faced as a young adult, including a brief marriage and subsequent divorce.

I’ll also delve into my professional journey, from working in a tech startup and becoming a CEO at 30, to finding peace and purpose on a small island. Throughout my life, I’ve turned to meditation and spirituality to navigate challenges and stay grounded.

As a certified high-performance coach and meditation teacher, I now help others find their own path to fulfilment. This podcast aims to share those transformative stories and offer practical exercises, like the “Circle of Life” coaching exercise, to help you increase your potential and live a more fulfilling life.
