Well I'm still buzzing after this discussion for ScaleUp Radio and I think you will be too once you've listened to it. And perhaps in a way, so we should be because this time around I talked with James Fleming, who, along with his wife set up a business called The Power Within which is all around leadership training, but leadership training with a twist.

In a way, they throw away the rulebook around leadership training, and the traditional way of doing it and focus on something that James refers to as motivational intelligence as the third level of intelligence. We probably know about IQ, we probably know about EQ, emotional intelligence, and now we need to think about motivational intelligence. And that makes them fairly unique in this world, in fact, with one or two aspects of what they do totally unique. 

So some great lessons here around leadership, and our discussion is packed with great stories and great advice, all sorts of things as to how you can help to not only improve potentially your own leadership, but also how you can start to think about developing other leaders within your business. 

And like a lot of us, James had to rethink his approach completely in March of 2020 and position his business online. He hasn't looked back since, it's been a great success for him and he's got great plans for the future.
