The Power Yoga Experience

Some of you may know I’m a lululemon ambassador and I was invited by my lululemon family to teach a 30min class virtually for some of their team members. I thought it would be pretty cool to share this experience with you so I hope you enjoy. Have a great practice

He thought other people might benefit from this practice and suggested I share it with the podcast community which is essentially saying, share it with the world since our community is global.
