Bayron Wilson is the cofounder and COO of Urban Alchemy, a nonprofit that works in situations involving extreme poverty, homelessness, mental illness and addiction. More than 90% of the group’s workforce are formerly incarcerated long-term offenders. 

Urban Alchemy was recently recognized as a multi-award winner at PRWeek’s Purpose Awards in Chicago.
