Colleen Patrick Goudreau lives a life of compassion.

She has compassion for animals, which influenced her to choose a vegan lifestyle (on which she is a leading authority). She has compassion for other people, which influenced the message she spreads to the world. And she has compassion for herself, which, through intentional practice, has allowed her to experience herself fully and manifest her deepest values.
