As Karega and Felicia were getting ready for the podcast, various things kept them from making the session on time. Felicia quickly found herself a bit frustrated and needing to practice patience. Karega, meaning well, encouraged her to take a deep breath. Felicia finds herself reflecting on that action and the difficulty in practicing patience in challenging moments.
