Jesus continues his instructions on prayer by creating several scenarios that describe

God the fathers heart when it comes to prayer. We can approach him as children with all our needs. Our asking is a persistent asking as well not to demand we get what we asked for but as a relational move of trust. He loves to hear from us and he loves when we ask.

This is a message to present prayer as something God loves to have from us. We are not an inconvenience, we are not pestering, and he’s not too busy for us. We serve a relational God who desires we talk to him.
