We're into the second half of Exodus today! Laws and expectations, mistakes and blunders are all a part of this next half of Israel's story. We're reading Exodus 19-21 and Psalm 23. If you've had a week like mine, today's Psalm is exactly what we need.

What a great day! We're here early and ready to go and it's Friday!

We're getting a bit real this morning before we dive into Exodus 10-12 and Psalm 20. Life is life regardless of who you are or where you live or what you do. Trying to pretend like you have it all together and you always do your Bible reading the way you hoped and planned to is just so far from reality and I spend a few minutes sharing that cause...I can't hide that the past 2 days have been wonky. Don't be discouraged! We got this! 

Technical issues are very real some days and today is one of those days. I am so sorry for this being released later than usual but we're here! Let's go, Day 19!! Today we are reading in Exodus 7-9 and Psalm 19.

Sabbath has been lost on most of us because life just goes and goes and goes. As a society we function from a place of drive and pursuit and we think that looks like a non-stop, all-go way of living. But Jesus taught otherwise and we would be wise to pay attention.

Wow! Day 17 and we're in the second book of the Bible! Read along with me in Exodus 1-3 and Psalm 17.

Today is day 16 and we are finishing up the book of Genesis and read chapters 48-50, as well as Psalm 16. It's been great reading the about God's creation, humanity's mistakes and finding the glimpses of hope for redemption.

It's day 14 and we're moving right along as we continue to read the Bible together. Today we're reading Genesis 46-47 and Psalm 15.
