For 15-Year's Jason Flibotte has been a trusted leader as part of the Shea Concrete Products trucking team. Jason primarily operates our "Heavy Hauler's" as part of the companies trucking fleet and delivers products throughout New England and beyond.
With up to 100,000-pounds of total truck weight under his control on a regular basis, Jason is responsible for a "ton" while out on the open road.
For over 18-year's Jay Bozek has been an integral part of the Shea Concrete Products team. Jay prides himself on being the very best at his craft and making sure each customer is 100% satisfied with every product installation.
From priding himself in having the best looking truck in the fleet to making trucks shine as a "side hustle" he looks forward to many more successful years in the driver's seat!
For approximately 5-Year's Nate Brissette has been an integral part of the Shea Concrete Products team and specifically at our Nottingham, NH facility location. Nate prides himself in being able to perform any job at any time and he leads by example on a daily basis. Nate has continued to develop himself as a leader within the company and has had the opportunity to work through exciting opportunities offered by the NPCA. Nate continues to develop himself on a daily basis and brings his best every day!
For over 9-Year's Shea Concrete Products has advertised on WEEI. A strong bond exists between Gerry Callahan and Greg Stratis (Shea Concrete Products – President) through marriage. As close to Brothers as you can get Gerry and Greg have a great relationship off and on the airwaves. Shea Concrete's marketing efforts as part of the WEEI Morning Show and throughout the day are a daily conversation topic when working with company partners, customers, and throughout the engineering/specifier community in New England.

With the acquisition of Utility Precast in 2010 Shea Concrete Products continued to complement its product line offering with Prefabricated Precast Concrete Buildings by Easi-Set. Frank Dimando (Product Manager – Easi-Set) has been with Shea Concrete Products for over 8-years and has successfully managed the installation of over one hundred Easi-Set and Easi-Span buildings throughout New England. This Rochester, MA located facility was constructed in 1988 and Greg Bates (Operations Manager) originally joined Utility Precast in 1996 after initially joining the industry with another organization. Greg has been in the Precast Concrete industry for approximately 25-years and brings his industry knowledge to work day in and day out.
