President Bush delivered his addresses every week, like Clinton had done. While Clinton's talks were often around 7 minutes long, Bush's tended to be shorter, around 3 or 4 minutes. Although still broadcast on radio, the addresses were also made available each week on the official White House website, and later in Bush's presidency they were also posted as a podcast.
They were usually "titled" by topic. However, during his later years in office, the addresses started to be given more official titles, something that continued into Obama's presidency.
