Craig Riggins gives a message of unity as he invites Joe and Cole out for a night on the town!

Craig Riggins is sitting in the 1 chair as Frank is traveling to watch his son play college baseball. Just because we're shaking it up a bit on this Friday doesn't mean we're breaking tradition! Mike Claiborne joins the show as always.

If you want to text Frank, hit him up at 855-282-8255 Mondays through Fridays from 10 AM to Noon CT.

It's the best segment of the week at 590 The Fan, and Fleur STL is in the house! They come with burgers and brussels and you can catch them downtown just south of Busch Stadium!

Joe Davis brings us his five questions and helps us reminisce about the running backs of our childhood.

Frank discusses the recent success of St. Louisan and Chaminade grad Matthew Tkachuk including winning the MVP of the All-Star Game.

Andy Strickland brings the heat and drops a little bit of news on Ryan O'Reilly's future with the program.

Today's opening monologue highlights the Billikens which featured a stellar performance by Gibson Jimerson. Frank also starts talking about attractive women following the passing of Raquel Welch.

Troy Robertson joins the party in the 590 The Fan studios as he brings some news to the show about SLU basketball and name, image and likeness.

Jay Spoonhour, the former SLU assistant coach and son of Charlie, joins The Press Box live in-studio to hang out with Rammer and Frank and talk about SLU and the state of college basketball.
