The Pressbox

With training camp in full swing, we lean on our resident football expert to give us the inside scoop on everything happening in the league!

He did it. Drink pulled a rabbit out of his hat and landed 5-star DE Williams Nwaneri from Lee's Summit. Despite early indications that Nwaneri would be committing to Oklahoma, he settled on his future in Columbia representing his home state.

Josef Newgarden is crushing it in the IndyCar Series as he just won the Indy 500. He brings his stories to the show as he gets ready for the Bommarito 500 in Madison, IL coming up within the next couple of weeks.

Joe Davis does his thing on today's Five for Frank.

With the HOF ceremony taking place a couple weeks ago, we get in touch with a Cantonion of our own in former Rams HC Dick Vermeil to share some all-time stories!

Slick is on the road, but he's still able to phone in. Due to some recent schedule changes at the station, our guy Rammer will now be a member of the show full-time!

We close out every single week on The Press Box with a smoooooooth entrance into the weekend.

Howard Richards and Craig Riggins continue along helping Frank co-host The Smoooooooth.

Every Friday at 11:00 AM CT we lead into The Smooooooooth.

If you want to text Frank, send him your thoughts at 855-282-8255 between Monday-Friday from 10a-12p.
