The desire to feel seen and accepted is something we know all too well. We've all felt compelled to tap dance and perform for others to fit in, be more palatable, and well-liked at some point in our lives. When it becomes a habit, it's hard to recognize who we actually are, who we want to be, and how we desire to show up in our everyday lives. In this episode, I unpack how this pressure bled over into my faith walk which frustrated my relationship with myself, God, and my faith-based community.
