n this episode, I sat down with my colleague, Dr. Micah Wong from the Samaritan Health system in Lebanon, Oregon. We've highlighted this program at Samaritan a few times in past episodes (check out E6, 9, and my personal favorite, E12). We start this episode discussing Micah and how to got to where he is as well as his experience working in this unique setting right out of PT school. The second half of the show, we took a turn to talk about how the Samaritan PCPT program was shut down in spring 2023, only about a month after we recorded E12. We talk about how it happened and the reasons why, as well as what their future plans our for restarting another program. A great listen...

In this episode, Dr. Eder Garavito explains his new platform, Scholarnetics 360, which aims to match clinicians to experienced and vetted mentors within the profession. Too often, clinicians are semi-forced into mentorship relationships that may or may not be fruitful.
