When thinking about white privilege, what do you see?

"Well-meaning" white people have the responsibility to be aware of their privilege and to do more than observe silently in the face of microaggressions against our BIPOC* neighbors.

*BIPOC stands for "Black, Indigenous, People of Color." The acronym is used to refer to members of non-white communities.
