We discuss legislation that passed the House that expands various labor protections related to employees' rights to organize and collectively bargain in the workplace through a union. We review the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021's new definition of employee with independent contractor test. We explain how very stupid this law is and all the problems that it will cause.
