Property investing is a popular vehicle; and it's generally sold as a safe asset too. 

'It's as safe as houses' as they say.

But the stats tell a very different story. 

In fact, 95% of property investors won't be able to create freedom. And if anything, their investment takes them further away than closer. 

So if 95% of people are doing things one way, and failing - why not go the other way...
