As the Founder and CEO of Becoming Iconic®️, she uses her expertise as a Global Business and Lifestyle Mentor, to help entrepreneurs grow profitable and aligned businesses and lives. She is known as a mentor who supports women in ultimate fulfillment.
She teaches that women don't have to sacrifice their lives and can do everything really well. To do this, she believes that sales is key. Sales is the lifeblood of any business and is necessary to make money and support a family.
In this episode, she talks about focusing on one product or service so entrepreneurs can hone their skills and refine their messaging. This will help them to create a signature program that can be repurposed and used as a residual passive income.
Additionally, by being honest and open with customers, entrepreneurs can create an environment of trust and understanding. They can let customers know that they are figuring out the business in real time and that the purpose of the program is to work together to create a successful business.

We are going to take a break this week and share an episode that we did (Episode 108) a while back all about Days by Design.
This is an important topic as this is one of the main pillars behind BCO and what we teach and stand for so you can create a business without burnout.
Too many business owners are experiencing burnout because they feel they must spend most of their time in their business and a little bit of their time focusing on the 6 F’s that are important categories in life. These 6 F’s are:
Financial
Family
Friends
Fun
Fitness
Fulfillment
We share how important it is to create routines and habits that are important to balance (without burnout) all by leveraging how to build out your calendar using a simple system that works for you instead of against you.
We also have a private podcast that goes deeper into the topic that you can listen to for free.

In this episode, we talk about what to do when we don't reach our goals. We reflect by discussing the goals we set for February, which included having personal time and vacation days as well as achieving revenue goals and other projects.
Poor time management is the biggest reason why people fail to hit their goals, and we suggest utilizing our "Days by Design" method to help organize time.
Time management is an essential skill for everyone, especially entrepreneurs. It is important to be able to properly manage your time in order to reach your goals and be successful. It can be difficult to manage your time wisely, but it is essential to reach your goals.

Every month, it's the same story: the new month arrives and we ask ourselves, “now what?” We can’t help but feel like there’s a need to do something, to make a change, to be productive. But what if I told you that business success isn’t about the “sexy” new strategies and tactics? It’s about the “boring” stuff.
It’s about planning and pivoting proactively. Business success is about creating a plan and sticking to it. It’s about having the discipline to create systems and routines of planning for the month, planning for the week, and being proactive.
This means setting goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them. It also means learning how to pivot when the plan isn’t working and always going back to the big picture. It’s about reverse engineering things and constantly checking in to make sure that it’s working.
One way to be proactive is to use the three Ps of productivity: planning, pivoting, and end-of-day routines. Planning helps us to have more control over our income and our calendar. Pivoting allows us to make changes when the plan isn’t working. And end-of-day routines help us to be proactive and not constantly reactive.
In this episode, we give advice on how to plan and pivot in order to be successful in business. We talk about how important planning, creating systems and routines, and reverse engineering are to maintain a six-figure business. We advise against distracting yourself with new tasks and provide tips on how to detox, purify, and manage your calendar.
At the end of the day, it’s all about having the discipline to create systems and routines and sticking to them. The dollars are made when we have routines in place. Business is built in the boring.

The hustle and bustle of life as an entrepreneur can be overwhelming. With multiple businesses, tasks, and responsibilities, it can be difficult to stay organized and on top of everything. In order to maximize productivity and efficiency, it is important to automate processes whenever possible. Automation can help save time and energy, allowing entrepreneurs to focus on the more important aspects of their businesses.
Windy, the Wine Queen, knows all too well the importance of automation. She has multiple businesses, including One Hope Wine, The Dusty Bottle Dry Bar, and Winchester's Wings, a nonprofit animal charity. With so much on her plate, Windy found it difficult to keep track of everything and manage her time effectively. That is until she integrated 17 Hats into her website.
17 Hats is an automated system that allowed Windy to save time and energy. It took the tedious tasks of answering questions and submitting documents off of her plate, allowing her to focus on the more important aspects of her businesses. Windy was also able to color code her calendar, making it easier to stay organized and on top of her tasks.
Automation can be a lifesaver for entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus their time and energy on the more important aspects of their businesses. Wendy's story is a testament to the importance of automation and the time it can save. Automating processes and tasks can help entrepreneurs stay organized, maximize productivity, and even make more time for themselves.

We are back!! We have been on break since May of last year!
We started the podcast with seasons on purpose - we needed space to do less and figure things out.
In this episode, we give you an update on life and what happened in the business in 2022.
From almost burning the business down to personal stuff going on, starting therapy, reevaluating of the business, etc, we realized the pandemic hit entrepreneurs differently.
Tap into this episode where I shared how I went from being ready to quit my business to signing my largest contract ever in 6 months.
We are starting a New Year with many unvalidated predictions regarding the world around us and it is business impacting. In 2023, we share actions you can take to do more while consuming less. We launched a new membership called Productivity on Purpose to help with just that.
So let's get to today's episode!
