One of the greats fears of a creator is playing to an empty room. One of the rights of passages for new creators is surviving having to play to an empty room. The room being empty doesn't get you out of putting in the work of doing a show.

Just because a person has a special gift that you have little use for, doesn't mean they didn't put a lot of effort into mastering their gift. You should give that person respect for what they needed to do to get their, even if 'their' is not a place you liked to be.

You may have heard this saying plenty of times before, but do you truly believe it? Do you let the comparisons between yourself and the work of others bring you to a state of depression?

We had to take a brief hiatus due to over scheduling and poor planning of other projects, where this one was the lower priority. But it was the right time to take a short pause to refocus and reflect.

People have the right to see themselves as the star of the show that is their life, even if they are horrible as a staff writer. Do what you can to assist them in shining in their own show, and the positive action may come to reflect in helping you shine as a star in your own show.

As good as you think you are, you can not operate for an infinite amount of time for an infinite distance. Once you run out of fuel, you will be forced to stop.

Apologies are not a meant to be bartered or traded like spiritual currency. Don't hold back apologies because you feel you are owed one prior.

Your body is built to survive for a set amount of time. It knows how to progress from progression to maturity, and then toward decline at the end of its intended usefulness. We may be able to slow down the process, but the process of eventual declaim cannot be stopped.

However you want to describe it, there is no inherent evil in the acquisition of cash. In fact, the more cash you have, the more freedom you can pay to have. There are downsides to chasing money, but the upside should be obvious.

The key to mastering any skill is to repeat it over and over again until it is perfected. Also, a key to success in producing daily podcasts is not being afraid to revisit past topics, both those that were hits and misses, regularly.
