“The Prom” is a seven-time Tony nominated musical with great music and colorful characters, but the truth is that it has a message to share about tolerance and acceptance. The plot is based on a true story of a high school student in Indiana who wants to take her girlfriend to Prom…but in their small town, that is not going over well. Enter a group of newly out of work New York Broadway actors who decide the best way to ignite their careers is to do something good in society. The show is hilarious, touching and moving.
