Day 242 | Ezekiel 34:1–36:38
In Ezekiel 34, God pronounces judgment on the shepherds of Israel—the leaders who fed themselves instead of caring for His flock. Because they abandoned the sheep, the people were scattered and vulnerable. The Lord declares that He Himself will search for His sheep, rescue them, and bring them home. He promises to place over them one true shepherd, His servant David, pointing to the coming Messiah. Jesus, the Good Shepherd, knows His sheep, calls them by name, and lays down His life for them.
Hosts: Noah Sidhom; Michael Pritchard
