My prediction was 24-27 Eagles winning Super Bowl LVII and while I was wrong with both the score and the team that won K.C. 38-35, I am well pleased that it was Patrick Mahomes II and company that won it all this past Sunday night. I hope this season has been one to remember as it most certainly a year to remember for me. Arguably the most epic Conference Championship Sunday in NFL history, if not the 2nd most or best Conference Championship Sunday ever. Unless you're a fan of Cincinnati and San Francisco. Philadelphia won and Kansas City won. I predicted Philly's win 16-17 and hoped the Chiefs would, however I was wrong as I predicted the Bengals to defeat the Chiefs 23-20 for the 1st time in the last 3 meetings. The actual finals were 7-31 Eagles and 20-23 Chiefs winning instead of the Bengals. Wow, some things just don't happen for some reasons & we don't know why. My thoughts are San Francisco vs Cincinnati Super Bowl rematch is coming as the two met in two Super Bowls in the 80's. The AFC Championship game will be the same opponents facing off that faced off in the 2022 tournament. This is the 2nd postseason meeting of all time between these franchises. Joe Burrow and his Bengals are one game away from their second consecutive Super Bowl appearance. Kansas City and Patrick Mahomes II with his bad ankle look to win against these Bengals to appear in their third Super Bowl in 4 seasons. It's the number 3 seeded underrated Bengals at the number 1 sended Chiefs.

The San Francisco 49ers earned the opportunity to face the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday afternoon for the right to represent the National Football Conference if they defeat Philadelphia. It's the number 1 seed against the the number 2 seed in the NFC Conference Championship game. Jalen Hurts and his Eagles won 14 games in the regular season and won in week XX 7-38 against division rival N.Y. Giants. The 49ers won 13 games in the regular season with a combination of 3 quarterbacks and an amazing defense, a defense they may have to lean on hard in this game.
