The offensive line and the Bears offense overall is in trouble too, a lot to do in a very short period of time before August 2022.

The 2021 Panthers had a rough season, again, for the second straight year. And all of this with Cam Newton being back. Now Newton is an UFA, Sam Darnold proved to be the wrong pick for franchise quarterback and star running back Christian McCaffrey may be traded or even designated as June 1st cut. Where's their franchise quarterback at? In the NFL on another team? In college? Or this year's draft? No one knows, their guy could be still playing in some highschool right now.

The 4-13 Giants from 2021 had a lot things go wrong in a lot of ways. Now woth a new head coach can they make things better than they have been the last two seasons? Will it be Saquon Barkley back in big blue? Will Daniel Jones dominate with a true Offensively minded head coach?

Dan Campbell had a better 1st head coaching season in 2021 when it comes to developing his players and creating a franchise identity than a 3-13-1 record would lead you to believe. If you ask me the Lions like 9 other NFL teams, are only a quarterback away from hoisting the coveted Vince Lombardi Trophy.

The 2021 New York Jets have a bright future as well with the 2021 1st round pick at quarterback Zach Wilson becoming better sooner rather than later. If this doesn't happen then the Jets head coach has to get better his self. Robert Selah was amd is an amazing defensive coordinator, but is he a greater head coach?

Urban Meyer and his desires or lack there of ended his only NFL tenure. Good news is Jacksonville now has a proven NFL head coach who's won it all as the Eagles head coach. With another season to forget for Jaguars nation in 2021, the future's very bright with Pederson and Trevor Lawrence in 2022.
