In only the 12th meeting since 1996 Carolina and New York Giants will bumps heads for 4 quarters in week 7. Same Darnold vs. Daniel Jones ( if Jones is healthy) looking forward to the old Giants defense showing up amd showing out this Sunday against the Panthers offense. But will that happen? Sam Darnold can catch fire and the Giants defense hasn't been theirselves for quite some time now.

In the 51st meeting between Cincinnati and Baltimore, Joe Burrow will try to best Lamar Jackson at the quarterback position. This is only the 2nd divisional game of week 7. Only 2 divisional games this week and this game should be the best of those this weekend. With both teams coming into week 7 with winning records, Cincinnati 4-2 & Baltimore 5-1 this game should be the best of all 13 week 7 games, we'll see.

Zack Wilson vs. Mac Jones part two. These rookie quarterbacks are 7 games in now. No longer rookies by my account. Or are they? It's going to be a tough outing for both these defenses or will it? I see these teams rising to their individual situations and I see both quarterbacks battling it out stats wise for the first of many duels to come between Wilson for New York and Jones for New England, meeting number 126 should be interestingly impressive.

Case Keenum and the Browns where successful last night at home against Denver. 14-17 was the final. My prediction on Weds. was Den. 20-18 Cle. I was absolutely wrong for the first time in Thursday Night Predictions. The key for Cleveland last night was resiliency. Resiliency because their top 2 running backs are hurt, Hunt & Chubb. Their franchise quarterback Baker Mayfield is out indefinitely. But their offensive line was intake minus 1 player. (That's for all you Super Bowl LV Chiefs HATERS out there. Study!) With that said an overwhelming win for Cleveland even if it was a .500 team they beat, a win is a win in the NFL.

The 31st meeting between Denver and Cleveland will happen tomorrow night in Cleveland. The Browns franchise quarterback is out, Baker Mayfield won't start this game. The former Broncos quarterback will start in Mayfield's place. His name is Case Keenum. Denver's franchise guy by the name of Teddy Bridgewater will however start the game for the Broncos. With both quarterbacks exhibiting declined play in their teams 3 losses, which defenses will step up? Denver's (3-3) or Cleveland's (3-3)?

An epiphany game for Tennessee last night in the week 6 closer. Tennessee defeated Buffalo last yearand again this year. How is at all possible for the Bills to figure out a way to get a win against Tennessee? Buffalo better figure it out soon because both teams are 4-2 & the AFC is wide open with the exception of Baltimore at 5-1, the only AFC team with that record. Tannehill vs. Allen lived up to the hype, so did Derrick Henry vs. Buffalo's defense. Wow.

The Steelers managed to win that game last night, as difficult as it was Ben Roethlisberger and company came away woth the victory in overtime. Taking their team to a .500 record of 3-3 & sending the Russell Wilson-less Seahawks to a 2-4 record on the year. Not unfamiliar territory for Seattle as they'll work their way through disappointments, disagreements, and life without their leader, at least for another month or so.

Tennessee in who we used to know as the Houston Oilers have a huge task on hand tonight. In Nashville at home in primetime just like last year against a Josh Allen Buffalo Bills team that's unstoppable, or are they? 10/13/2020 Tennessee decimated Buffalo 16-42.
