The A.F.C. North is where the big dawgs come out to play. The Pittsburgh Steelers will get their main dawg back in quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The question is will he make it through the year healthy. Cleveland has a 3rd year starter in Baker Mayfield but he has new coaching and an overall new offense to learn. Cincinnati has a homecoming of sorts as 1st overall draft pick Joe Burrow is as cool as Joe Montana no matter the situation. Can Burrow translate that nonchalant, positive, winning attitude to The Bengals in year 1 though? The Ravens have action Jackson who's attempting to break the "getting bounced out of the playoffs in the divisional playoff round by a wild card team" curse in Jan. 2021. But 1st he must beat the Chiefs, beat himself and beat his division in which all the teams have the same strengths as well as weaknesses. We'll see what happens, stay tuned!!!

Green Bay still has a stranglehold on the N.F.C. North even before this season begins. But it's only because The Packers are lead by #12 Aaron Rodgers (for now.) I say for now because #10 Jordan Love is waiting in the weeds to take Aaron's job. The Chicago Bears are good enough to win the North this year but their quarterback situation is their main issue as Nick Foles and Mitchell Trubisky battle for the starting job. Yes competition is good but so is consistency, Minnesota has their same defense & Kirk Cousins at quarterback but their defense lost way too many players and absent a big play maker Stefon Diggs (traded to Buffalo). Detroit is New England north west. AMD well........it's Detroit. So nuff said there, stay tuned.........

Everyone says the San Francisco 49ers will win the N.F.C. West again in 2020. Repeat huh? Not a fan of any N.F.C. West team but Seattle didn't just get blown out against San Francisco in any contest in 2019. And Arizona almost beat the 49ers in both meetings in 2019, yes almost isn't good enough I know. The Cardinals did defeat The Seahawks though, wait The Rams were in the Super Bowl just 2 years ago as it took them 3 years to progress to the big game. Can Arizona be on that same 3 year path? If Murray takes the necessary steps in 2020 then Feb. 2022 could see the Cardinals appear in the big game for the first time since Feb. 2010. So who wins the west in the NFC this year? This show's dynamics wasn't hard to figure out at all as it pertains to the N.F.C. East Division champion at the end of the 2020 season and who it would be. Easier prediction than some may think. Turmoil in Washington with their owner Daniel Synder, plus the nation's leader down the street from the team, add in an unfortunate discovery of cancer for their head coach to battle with kemo therapy. [Our prayers are with him & for his healing.] Strife & division in Dallas between the owner and the players, and New York has a first year head coach doing things his way as all head coaches should. His only problem is his old boss is Bill Belichick so who wins the NFC East in 2020? Stay tuned.....

The Kansas City Chiefs are the defending AFC West Champions, the Chiefs are also the defending Super Bowl Champions & the target on their backs is glowing neon green, gold, red, orange and pink! The Las Vegas Raiders have too many moving pieces especially at quarterback. The Denver Broncos as well as The Los Angels Chargers are the biggest threat to the Chiefs retaining their throne. But with a rookie quarterback can the Chargers at least finish 2nd with a wildcard birth in 2021? It's a balanced, evenally matched A.F.C. West in 2020 so we'll see who's still hungry or who's the hungriest! Stay tuned!

The eastern division of the AFC is up for grabs. Well then again it was up for grabs until Cam Newton arrived in New England about a month ago. New England will lead the division even if Newton doesn't take flight right away with the offense at quarterback for the Patriots. Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills is the next best team in the division and could have dominated it in 2020 if not for the patient, diabolical Billicheck. The Jets still have a solid defense as does The Dolphins. But the 1 item New England has that the Dolphins, Bill's & Jets doesn't? Consistency. Experience & consistency over 20 years, Brady or not. Tua Tagovailoa is the future in Miami Gardens. Ryan Fitzpatrick will help the Dolphins young 22 year old 1st round 2020 draft pick in every way he can. Josh Rosen is the odd man out but covid-19 is still here meddling in everyone's life, plans, and possibly their futures if not careful. Tua wears #1, he wore a different number #13 in college @ Alabama. Can the owner Stephen Ross stay patient long enough for Tua to grow and heal up from major injuries during the 2018 & 2019 college football seasons? Stay tuned!

Josh Allen doesn't have a solid backup if he's hurt this year. But he does have a hungry rookie in 2020 5th round draft pick Jake Fromm from UGA. Josh Allen isn't losing his job to a rookie, especially Jake Fromm who dropped in this years draft. But Fromm and Allen could eventually be on the same level at some point in the future. Josh Allen has been around 2 years longer than Fromm. Matt Barkley is the #2 & Davis Webb is the 4th stringer. Jake Fromm has enough talent to beat Davis Webb & 8 year veteran Matt Barkley out for the immediate backup position. If not for covid-19 outbreak right? Stay tuned......

Joe Flacco spent a year in Denver after 12 years in Baltimore. Now he's a New York Jet. Same situation in New York for Flacco though. Flacco found himself behind Lamar Jackson (2018), then behind Drew Lock in Denver last year. Jackson was the future but Flacco's injury opened the door for Jackson, Flacco's injury in Den. opened the door for Lock as well. Sam Darnold was a rookie when Flacco was last a Raven. Sam Darnold will learn what he can from Flacco and hope to not play his way to the bench and replaced by Flacco. Mike White (Dal. 2019), David Fales (2017 Mia.), & 2020 rookie James Morgan from FIU will fight for a job either as a 3rd stringer or practice squad "scout quarterback" role. Stay tuned.......
