Stafford and the Rams lost to Murray and the Cards' in the first meeting of the season 10-41. The Cardinals were eliminated from post season play after a 30-36 F/O.T. loss to the Panthers, while the Rams won in East Rutherford N.J. in week XVI play. This is the 96th meeting of all time between these division rivals.

Bo Nix and his Broncos need a win bad as they are currently holding that 7th seed on the AFC side of the tournament bracket. Joe Burrow and his Bengals have been red hot, winning yesterday against their division & in state foe Cleveland. The Broncos started week XVI play last Thursday night on the road with a loss to their bitter rival the Chargers. this is the 34th meeting of all time in this series.

Justin Herbert and his Los Angeles Chargers are on a roll and currently hold the 6th seed for next months tournament. Drake Maye and his Patriots will host the Chargers in the 46th meeting of all time in the series. The Patriots lost their week XVI contest to Buffalo and the Chargers started week XVI last Thursday with a come from behind win against their rival, Denver.

Geno Smith & his Seahawks are still in the hunt for the NFL tournament. But they'll have to go thru Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears to obtain their 9th win on the season. The Bears and Seahawks have faced off a total of 20 times (post-season included). Chicago lost their week XVI game to division rival Detroit, while Smith and the Seahawks lost to the Vikings. The Bears stand in the Seahawks way of what they want & need.

Lamar "Action" Jackson and his Ravens take their show on the road Christmas Day to face C.J. Stroud and his Texans for the second & FINAL Christmas Day NFL game. This will be the 15th meeting of all time (post-season included). Houston lost to Kansas City last Saturday while the Ravens defeated the Steelers in week XVI action.

Patrick Mahomes II & his Chiefs are white hot & on a roll to the playoffs & the #1 seed for the tournament. Kansa City won at home in week XV last Saturday against C.J. Stroud and his Texans. Russell Wilson had a subpar game against the Ravens last Saturday resulting in a loss and a tie in the AFC North division with Baltimore at 10-5. It'll be Mahomes vs. Wilson in this Christmas Day matchup. The 39th meeting ever between the Chiefs of the Midwest & the Steelers of Southwest Pennsylvania.

Joran Love and his Packers earned a playoff berth with their blowout win against the abysmal N.O. Saints 0-34 in Green Bay Wisconsin. My prediction was G.B. winning 22-32. I at least gave N.O. 22 points & they failed miserably. New Orleans is now 5-10 on the year and the Packers are 11-4 with two games remaining. (MIN. & CHI.). The Packers are ready to go on the road in the tournament and are arguably the most dangerous team in the playoff tree on the NFC side of the bracket.

The Dallas Cowboys wouldn't go quietly into the night against Baker Mayfield & the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. My prediction was Tampa Bay winning 30-27, but the Cowboys proved that their Head Coach is doing his job & doing it well obviously. Dallas won 24-26 even though they were eliminated from post-season contention because of their overall record and the outcome of the Eagles-Commanders game. I'm now 11-5 on SNF & 31-21 in prime time with one prime time game remaining in week XVI (N.O. @ G.B.).

Wow what a game last night between the AFC West rivals Broncos & Chargers!!!!! I chose the Bolts to win at home 14-17. I also expected a shootout but whoa, whoa! The actual final was 27-34 Chargers winning explosively. I start out week XVI which continues tomorrow at noon central. I'm now 9-7 on TNF, and finally I'm 31-20 in primetime!
