Has your tennis team resorted to "stacking" the lines?  Also known as dropping the lines or flipping the lines.  If you have, then you know it can be a controversial topic for any captain and can lead to sometimes disastrous consequences.  In this episode, I'm interviewing one of my own team captains and someone who has served in that capacity for many years as well as working on the boards for a variety of tennis leagues.  Her name is Mary Baird and yes, she has stacked the lines.  But she's been able to do it in a positive way that not only keeps the team from disintegrating but actually produces results.  So listen in to learn all about the pros and cons of stacking the lines.
