Steph and Mark retreat to the Pawsons to pick the bones out of the Cup exit and recent trips to Southampton and Norwich. Oh and the Pod is one year old.....so yeah, lets celebrate!

After a small break, Steph, Mark and Emma are back....with added Rishi, and recording in a Shoreditch pub.....so you can probably guess how this goes!!
