Have you ever heard of our STAR Seminar? Well, if you haven't, this is the episode for you! Take a moment to hear from 8 accomplished teachers from across the state who recently participated in STAR. Don't just take our word for it. Take a listen!

STAR stands for Strategies for Teacher Advancement and Renewal. The first STAR seminar was held in 1994 and since that time over 550 teachers from across South Carolina have been honored as STAR teachers. Teachers who have taught for at least 5 years in South Carolina public schools and have direct contact with students are eligible to apply. STAR attendees are selected through a vigorous application process.
