On tonight's podcast Rosie is going to discuss letting go of the illusion of control that we hold on to most of our lives.  Often times, the path we choose so desperately in life is not the most valuable or productive one.  Fear is at the root of pretty much all our problems when you think about it, and it is particularly prevalent when it comes to controlling outcomes.  When we are able to trust that we are okay no matter the circumstances, we open ourselves up to possibilities.

Letting go of control means more joy, freedom, peace, connection and support.

In the first hour of tonight's podcast, Leslie is going to be discussing the final Eclipse of this year on August 11th.  Leslie states "Relationships, fun and entertainment will be a focus during this eclipse, but Venus squares Saturn August 9-10, so this becomes a part of the eclipse energy.  Venus/Saturn energy can be difficult for relationships, and some relationships and other situations may end that are tottering on the edge."

In the second hour Rosie will be discussing the relationship between vulnerable empaths and psychic manipulators/vampires.  Emotional vampire defines a term for toxic people who drain us of our energy and leave us feeling emotionally exhausted. They have a parasitic quality in that they provoke emotional reactions in others and “feed off” their emotions as well as resources. Empaths and highly sensitive people tend to be targeted by emotional vampires due to the strength of their emotions and energy.

On tonight's podcast Rosie is going to be discussing the shift in consciousness that is occurring in our world and how important it is to teach compassion as our world seems to be spinning out of control. All of humanity is awakening whether we want to or not.  The purpose of this energy shift is  to change the energy of the earth plane to a higher vibration. To clear away all the old and negative from the earth plane, so that the new teaching can take place, and to help mankind to raise itself to a higher dimension.

We need to teach our children compassion because life is hard for most of us right now. We are all susceptible to diseases and injuries. Every one of us has a lifespan that had a start and will have an end.  Life experiences can also diminish our ability to give and receive compassion in this chaotic world.

Compassion is the feeling of empathy or sympathy towards a person in need. It is a sense of shared suffering and is generally regarded as the cornerstone of humanity, however it is not instinctual and needs to be taught now during this period of time especially.

In the first hour of tonight's podcast Leslie is going to be discussing how we are living in a period where most people are dealing with some kind of problem, loss or issue, and the energy is not going to shift immediately.  We are in the eclipse season. Leslie explains in her blog "August begins with a volatile Mars transit, and both Mars and Mercury are retrograde slowing things down, uncovering situations and creating frustration. Much of the month between 5 and 6 planets will remain retrograde. 2018's final eclipse will occur August 11 in Leo, and Saturn will trine Uranus giving us a much needed break in terms of some more positive and less volatile energy."

In the second hour Rosie is going to briefly discuss Neuro-linguistic programming.  NLP is a powerful tool that can be used in improving almost all aspects of your life. The power of NLP lies within

its core principles and presuppositions. When accepted, they provide individuals with a variety of techniques that are safe, efficient and most importantly effective.

Rosie is going to discuss Subtle Body Energies on tonight's podcast.   We are all made of energy. Everything in the world is made of energy, which can be defined most simply as “information that vibrates.” This energy may express itself as patterns, sound, skin, thought, or even morning coffee, but it is all energy.

Rosie will continue the conversation tonight that was started on last night's show concerning Energy Healing.

All of humanity is awakening whether we want to or not.  The purpose of this energy shift is  to change the energy of the earth plane to a higher vibration. To clear away all the old and negative from the earth plane, so that the new teaching can take place, and to help mankind to raise itself to a higher dimension.

In the first hour of our weekly podcast Leslie is going to discussing the upcoming Lunar eclipse and the transit of Mars squaring Uranus.  As Leslie revealed in her blog this week "Eclipses reveal and uncover things, but certain situations may be cloudy and unclear as Venus opposes Neptune July 24, at 16 degrees of Virgo/Pisces.

Venus rules love, money, women and social values. Its opposition to Neptune can confuse the issue and be prone to lies, deception and misinformation or confusion."

In the second hour Rosie is going to be discussing biocognition

Biocognitive is a term coined by Dr. Mario Martinez in 1998 to define his theory of mind body culture. In his biocognitive theory, Martinez proposes that cognition and biology coemerge within a cultural history to find maximum contextual relevance. Biocognition challenges the limitations of the conventional sciences that reduce life to its biological components and dismiss mind as a neurochemical expression.  Rosie will present a brief overview of Dr. Martinez and his new book "The Body Mind Code".
