On tonight's show I am going to go over Emotional Alchemy and Mastering Your Emotions. The human emotional journey is one of pain and pleasure, ugliness and beauty, turmoil and passion, despair and longing. Learning to process your emotions instead of putting them aside or pushing them down (supression/repression), expressing them or avoiding them via an escape mechanism. Learning to master your emotions will change your life and raise your level of consciousness. Can you imagine a life without emotional drama, living unburdened by the weight of your feelings, and no longer being a victim of your emotions! I can tell you from personal experience the SILENCE is pure BLISS.

I will be discussing the 6 frequencies of the Emotional Quotient (EQ) from the Gene Keys teaching. To find your line number visit www.genekeys.com and click on Free Profile. The Gene Keys is the primary tool I use to help my clients cultivate self-awareness.

I will be taking calls at the end of the show. I would love to connect with you and provide you with your current level of consciousness and if you are open to it, releasing 2-3 captive emotions.

May your Adventure through life be filled with Love and Light (and Blissful SILENCE)!

On tonight's show I am going to go over what you can do to upgrade your Level of Consciousness / Level of Evolution. As you get higher and freer; spiritual awareness, intuition, and growth of consciousness occur. At the tipping point you see an increase in effectiveness, success, and more effortless abundance. The Kundalini energy is awakened in your Chakra System (energy centers) and it begins to flow. People will seek you out because you give off positive energy to all living things. When people ask me "what can I do to change the world?" my immediate response is do the Inner Work - Raise Your Level Consciousness!

I will be taking calls at the end of the show. I would love to connect with you and provide you with your current level of consciousness.

Leslie is going to begin our podcast tonight with a discussion about the current transits and the Supermoon that is upon us.  As Leslie informs us in her blog "Venus is square Mars this week, and this transit will peak, or be exact March 21.

Venus square Mars is associated with trouble between the sexes. This does not mean that everyone will be fighting but there will be an air of conflict and any connection between these planets implies interaction between the sexes!"

Leslie will be taking calls at the bottom of the first hour and Rosie will be accepting calls during the last half hour of the podcast.  The number to call in is 1(714)888-7516,

In the second hour Rosie is going to briefly discuss "Runes", what they are, how they are used and their history.
