Yael Averbuch West represented the United States as an International footballer during her 15 year playing career as well as playing in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) for teams such as; Washington Spirit and FC Kansas City. Yael also co-founded and is the executive director of the NWSL Players Association in America.

John Amaechi OBE is a respected organisational psychologist, best-selling The New York Times author, sought after public speaker, executive coach and Founder of APS Intelligence. He is a non-executive director of a £2.4bn healthcare organisation, in addition to being a board advisor for several FTSE100 organisations in the financial, legal and professional services, technology, publishing, engineering and retail sectors.

In 2019, John was recognised as one of HR’s most influential thinkers by HR Magazine. John is the first Briton to have a career in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

John is a Chartered Scientist, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. He is a Research Fellow at the University of East London and his research interests are effective, inclusive leadership and building high-performing teams.

Dan Lowes is a top gun fighter pilot, a member of the world famous 'Red Arrows' acrobatic team and is also a Keynote Speaker for companies around the world.

Dan, who was born in Hong Kong, knew from an early age that he wanted to be a pilot and how he was going to do it. The hard part was making it happen but after 3 unsuccessful attempts to join the most elite flying squadron in the world he finally managed to fulfil his childhood dream.

Ken Doherty was the world snooker champion when he beat the greatest snooker player of all time, Stephen Hendry, in the final at the famous Crucible Theatre in 1997.

Ken regularly beat a precocious 12 year old Ronnie O'Sullivan during his first few years when he made the move from Dublin, Ireland to east London to start his journey, which ultimately has taken him all over the world.

Josie Rourke is a director, artistic director and business woman who has blazed a trial through the mostly male dominated industries of film and theatre. 

Josie who originates from Salford near Manchester grew up in, what she describes as a lower middle class household but was always praised for the creativity she displayed as a child.

After graduating from Cambridge University, Josie worked with Academy award winner, Sam Mendes as his assistant director before becoming the first female artistic director of the Donmar Theatre, London.
