We talked about plenty of differeent stuff but the key things I took are the beahviours to watch when people may be suffering and we may want to reach out:
- A change in beahviour, the loud get quite or the quiet get loud
- They do something out of character
- It's in the eyes
- they may look down when you get eye contact
- Don't approach agressively
- perhaps a story about how you say with a friend recently was usaful to them may work here too
- Gut feeling, even a stranger e.g. the girl on the checkout in Stefan's story
