Sonja Malcolm, MA, Ed.M., LPC, ACS is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey. In her private practice, Mindspring Wellness Counseling, Sonja aims to create a safe space for clients to address issues using evidence-based interventions, and she privileges the individual goals of each client in their work together.
Sonja specializes in treating anxiety and depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and work-related stress.
Additionally, Sonja supervises developing counselors toward licensure as Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists.
Her graduate studies were conducted at Teachers College Columbia University where she earned Master of Education and Master of Arts degrees in Counseling Psychology, and she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University.
