I explain how doubts from others and our own minds serve as opportunities for personal growth and verification of our insights. To truly progress on this spiritual journey, I encourage listeners to take their insights seriously, contemplate them deeply, and put them to the test in their daily lives. It's not just a hobby; it's a transformative process that requires commitment and engagement.
