Meghan Persephone Taylor is a wild woman, radical mother, and visionary artist devoted to the exploration and celebration of the transformational power of creative self- expression. She is a multidisciplinary creative with a special love for textile arts of all kinds. She fell in love with weaving over the course of her BFA degree which she began at OCAD University in Toronto, ON, and completed at NSCAD University in Halifax, NS. Her latest project, a conception, is a digital memoir project that retraces her initiatory journey into motherhood, and is compiled of prose, poetry, photography, as well as textile and multimedia collage.

Meghan is currently living in the jungle of Costa Rica with her beloved partner and two daughters. She dreams of one day creating an artist residency and birth sanctuary, and of once again having her own loom.
