Again, I would not insult all of the bad ass podcasters out there by considering this a true podcast but I am loving the ability to communicate with you in this new way. My quarinteen is over and I am back with my family. Life is good.

I respect all martial arts done well. 

People, young and old, wise, and not, who choose the way of the martial artist are not the crowd. They might be standing in the crowd or walking through the crowd, but they are not the crowd. 

Are you the crowd? I expect the answer is no and if the answer is yes, you might be in the wrong place... 

If you are not sure, stick around, you might surprise yourself. Most people are stronger than they think, are you?
