Times are changing in and outside of the martial arts. How is this change effecting you and your relationship with your martial art? It is more important today than ever to prepare yourself for things are going to get bad. But bad things aren't as bad as they could be so long as you are prepared.

Meditation is the topic of the day.

I have never met a martial artist who didn’t have at least some experience with meditation.

So unless you are brand new to the martial arts you know that the benefits of meditation are many and you know that they are only obtained through consistent, daily practice.

Kind of like exercise, right? Meditation is not a one and done kind of activity...

Initiative is the hardest lesson a young martial artist will ever learn. If you can get yourself to choose the hard right over the easy wrong, you will be successful. The hard right is studying when you don't want to. The easy wrong isn't worth talking about. Dare to be STRONG.

It's 2023 and the martial arts are on your mind. But are you putting your art to work?
